The Iced Fairy ❄️🧚

Recipe:

•25ml La Fée Absinthe Parisienne

•25ml fresh lemon juice

•15ml simple syrup

•5 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

•(Optional) 15ml egg white - for silky texture

• Garnish with Luxardo Cherry and a Lime wedge

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake and pour over a glass filled with crushed ice - garnish and enjoy 🥂
