Im Jenny , I’ve been a holistic and wellbeing therapist for over 20 years, and I still love what I do as much as I did at the beginning

You can also book a Holistic Hour (£50) where we combine the therapies to create a deeper, more personalised relaxation experience. Gorgeous warm fluffy towels on a heated bed with beautifully scented personally blended oils and calming music with gentle lighting. It’s your time — I’ll tailor it to exactly what you need.
Alongside hands-on therapies, I offer Transform Sessions – designed to help you:
✨ Build self-esteem
✨ Overcome challenging situations
✨ Manage stress and anxiety

It’s a safe non judgmental space where I help you bridge the gap of where you are now to where you want to be.
I use a blend of integrative approaches including talking therapy, hypnotherapy, CBT and coaching. Together, we create practical wellbeing planners so you can find a more balanced way of living — not just in session, but in everyday life.

I also specialise in Oncology sessions, offering:

In the sessions I offer a combination of talking therapy to help you process some of the emotions you are experiencing with the diagnosis and rebuilding life post recovery , we can use hypnotherapy to help manage fear and anxiety and prepare for treatment and surgery combined with deeply relaxing and healing reiki therapy to bring balance and calm to your mind and body. There is a specialised oncology massage element to the session that’s safe at any stage of your journey.
