Unfortunately we have had to make a call
To postpone Family Feel Good on this occasion. Numbers have been low and we don’t feel the workshop would provide the feeling and atmosphere hoped for without sufficient participants.

We hope to re-look at this in the New Year.

What can you expect at Family Feel Good ??

*You will be just one of a small number of families having the opportunity to share in this first event

*You will work together on a crafty challenge with Emma from Crafty Cat events (materials provided)

*You will enjoy and participate in a no cooking cooking experience with Sarah from Cook Stars Hull & Holderness (ingredients provided)

* You will make musical harmony with Kerry

* And finally you will share some of the fun techniques we use in Relax Kids to understand how our mind and body work

All this for just £20.00 a family and all businesses are giving their time Free of charge in order to promote the importance of family wellbeing …. That’s the importance of you and your mental health !

Hi,
My name is Ella and I am the yoga part of family feel good. Yoga is all about having fun whilst being mindful in our movements, to help us be more mindful in our everyday life.
So get ready to play some energising exciting yoga games and maybe a few life hacks for everyday living.
