Thank you so much to everyone who joined my Mini Yoga Retreat today. Hope you recharged your batteries and had a lovely time. Human connection is so powerful and after sharing this time with my yogis I feel absolutely fabulous 💚 Have a wonderful weekend everyone. Take time to nourish yourselves

Hi everybody. Hope you are well and having a great summer. I had a wonderful break, enjoyed different adventures and I am ready to come back to our regular group and private classes that will resume on Monday the 11th August.
