I am thrilled to announce that as of Tuesday 18th May, I will be working out of a clinic room at Chris Malkin Physiotherapy offering my 1-2-1 Holistic Core Restore® programmes for my Wirral clients.

Appointments will be available on Tuesday mornings here. For alternative days/locations please do get in touch.

'EveryWoman', our foundation pelvic floor strengthening programme, 'Diastasis programme' and 'Recovery programme' for those who need to manage a prolapse are all available to book now.
