Have you ever wondered about adding a high-power audio system to a top-of-the-range vehicle — without interfering with the factory charging setup or risking warranty issues?

Modern vehicles often run smart charging systems and tightly controlled voltage regulation. Modifying the stock charge system isn’t always desirable.

This is the answer.

Our 15.4V DC-DC chargers provide a dedicated charging solution for 6S LTO battery setups, allowing you to support serious power demands while keeping the factory system operating as intended.

🔋 Input: 10–14.6V
🔋 Output: 15.4V (Optimised for 6S LTO)

🔥 Available Options:

• 60A DC-DC – Suitable for systems up to 3kW
• 100A DC-DC – Suitable for systems up to 5kW
• 130A DC-DC – Suitable for systems up to 7kW

✔ Units can be run in parallel for larger builds

⚙️ Where Does DC-DC Fit?

In most high-performance systems, the best solution is always a correctly specified high-output alternator.

However, in some vehicles that isn’t always possible — whether due to space limitations, smart charging systems, fixed voltage regulation, or specific set-voltage requirements.

That’s where DC-DC becomes the ideal support.

In some builds, upgrading the alternator simply isn’t practical. In others, the vehicle’s charging strategy prevents you from achieving the correct voltage for 6S LTO.

This is exactly where a properly integrated DC-DC system delivers the right solution.

You may:

✅ Run one alongside a D2U high-output alternator for maximum charging performance where your vehicle demands a specific set voltage or uses a smart charging regulator

✅ Use one where fitting a larger alternator isn’t practical

✅ Add a dedicated 15.4V secondary charge system while keeping the factory charging setup

✅ Fine-tune charging voltage specifically for 6S LTO banks

The right solution depends on the vehicle — and we’ll help you choose it.

• Fuse at 35% above rated output current
• Minimum 0 AWG (50mm²) cable on BOTH input and output
• Must use 500A relay on input side
