The Crofts latest review , thank you so much ###

My mum has been a resident of The Croft for 3 years, when she became unable to live on her own due to dementia. We were delighted to find such an intimate, homely and welcoming care home with just 10 residents. The CEO and management have always worked with us to ensure that Mum has the best care possible. All the staff have this caring and friendly attitude too and this has been so reassuring to us as Mum's health failed. Mum is now nearing the end of her life and I can't tell you how relieved we are that she is being so well cared for by the staff at The Croft.

Our annual Christmas Party , 7th December at Heswall Hall.
1pm-4pm.
Our parties are always enjoyed by our lovely residents and their friends and families.
The hot & cold buffet will be as delicious as always, we have live music and lots of fun & games planned.
Hope to see you there.

Review: All staff are exceptional, dedicated and caring - if there are problems (which there will be anywhere) they are always resolved effectively and efficiently. Nothing is too much trouble, and Mum is always treated with the utmost dignity. We consider ourselves so fortunate to have Mum safely in the arms of the Heathermount family

Another lovely review for Heathermount today, well done to the team.

Review: My friend has been here now for over 2 years and has been well looked after by friendly staff. She settled in very quickly and regards it as her home where she feels safe. She enjoys the activities particularly singing with the pianist when he comes.
She had a worrying period of very poor health requiring hospital admission. The director of the group was very supportive and helpful in getting her back to the home.
