Before and after
This little girl actually broke my heart.
I won't ever forget testing her.
She came to me and I healed her then her parents were told what I done was rubbish and to give her the foods I said not to give her.
They were torn and reluctantly gave her the foods that had been cut out.
Within 24 hours she was a mess, sore and so irritated. (Bottom photos)
I immediately got her back for testing and again they cut the foods out and within 48 hours she was on her way to better skin again. (top photos)

Knowing the struggles that people face on a daily basis I have founded my own health, wellness and nutrition company.
Jumping from one diet to another for many years I have constantly struggled with my weight. Always wanting to see quick results I often found myself taking drastic action that could never be a long term solution as I practically starved myself then after a week or 2 was so hungry I binged on all the foods I was told not to eat, felt terrible, swore I would start again tomorrow and after eating everything in sight before the next day the vicious circle started all over again.
I abused slimming products so bad that my body started to reject normal food and I became intolerant to almost everything I ate, as well as having Adrenal Fatigue which is caused by putting your body under constant pressure.
I constantly battled with myself and the relationship I had with food and exercise was that of what I can only describe as very unhealthy and negative. I believed that food was my enemy and would make me overweight and that I only needed to exercise to lose weight.
It took me years and thousand of £’s before I realized that I could be healthy, enjoy food and make exercise part of my daily lifestyle without the negative habits that I had been so used too.
I finally realized that being skinny is not necessarily healthy and carrying a few extra lbs is not always unhealthy. its about the choices we make and the habits we form.
I studied hard and got myself a level 5 Diploma in health and nutrition and also trained to become an a food allergy and intolerance counselor as well as being accepted into one of the leading vitamins and supplement companies as a practitioner. I became a Level 3 PT and Fitness instructor and also a qualified Yoga teacher.
My aim is to change your mindset around food and exercise and also change you thinking from “diet” to lifestyle.
