Two workshops are planned looking at Balance and Strength: Saturday, 24th January and Saturday 21st February - each with a 2 pm start and 2 hours in duration.
Maintaining or improving balance is so important to staying active and healthy.
When balance is a problem, it restricts movement and activity for fear of falling. When activity reduces, muscle strength declines and then it’s a negative spiral as muscles weaken and the risk of falling increases.
The workshop will look at improving your balance and prommoting strength. Places are limited to 6 people per session.
