Officially open for business, ‘Harte and Body Studio’ for pilates classes, 121, 122 and Physiotherapy appointments.
Harte and Body still offers home visits throughout Northumberland and classes at Wylam, Hexham and Newton.
I look forward to sharing my new space with you all.
A huge thanks to my main man for all his hard work helping to get it all ready.

Happy new year!
Classes start back today and exciting news for 2024 as Harte and Body studio opens in the next few weeks, just adding the final touches!

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2024.
The new home studio will be opening mid January, I will keep you posted!

Pilates classes and physiotherapy appointments will restart on Monday 8th January (emergency physiotherapy appointments are available over the festive break)

Happy Easter from Harte and Body.
Pilates classes resume week commencing Monday 17th April. Further details will be emailed this coming week.
Physiotherapy domiciliary appointments are available on request over the Easter holidays. Enjoy your Easter break.

‘It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas ‘ ❄️☃️🎄
Harte and Body gift vouchers are available for 121 sessions, a course booking or choose your own value to be used towards a pilates or physiotherapy appointment.

Harte and body is run by Kirsty Harte an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and Body Control Pilates instructor. She provides weekly Pilates classes, one to one Pilates sessions and Physiotherapy appointments.

The end of an era - today is my last day working for the NHS after 22 + years. Leaving with happy memories of the lovely people I have met and worked with along the way . With especially fond memories of the Hexham dream team we had , friends for life.
Onwards to the next chapter, following my heart with Harte and Body Physiotherapy and Pilates.
