Join me at The Bodywork Centre, Hexham for a gentle and restorative evening designed to help you settle, reset, and realign your energy.

This nurturing experience blends the therapeutic vibrations of sound with the soft, supportive energy of crystals, guiding you back into a state of ease and alignment.

As you rest, the calming tones of crystal singing bowls, soft chimes and grounding drumbeats will flow through the space, while intuitively placed crystals gently cleanse and balance your chakras.

✨ This is a monthly session, offering a regular opportunity to pause, realign, and stay energetically aligned throughout the year. ✨

Please bring a yoga mat, warm socks and a cosy blanket so you can relax comfortably and create your own peaceful sanctuary.

We say a sad goodbye to our friend and colleague, Adam Eagle, today. Adam passed away unexpectedly a few weeks ago whilst walking in the Lake District. He was an experienced and respected Therapeutic Counsellor and had been based at The Bodywork Centre for several years. His loss has been felt by staff, fellow therapists and clients. Our deepest condolences to Adam's family at this sad time.
