Today's nettle harvest at herby hq.
Nettle is excellent inflammation and muscle health, due to its high magnesium to mineral content. Also great for those short of iron.

Once had nettle soup and I'm not normally into that thing made with an onion, garlic and seasoning and it was propa lush!
