YOPPER Jen O finished the Hardwolds 80 this weekend. Jen took 22:37:46 to complete the race finishing at 0630! She was 1st in her age group, 9th female finisher and 57th overall. Outstanding work Jen. Well done 👏👏🏅

Remember also if you live miles away from me, or are too busy to attend a class you can get a Youtue class sent every week to you. This is great if you are busy, and find to hard to make a regular class. Ping me a message if you want to try these out.

I love them. They are not easy, but are a real motivator to always work on my core, glute activation, pelvic floor and mobility.
