Lord, make me a channel of thy peace,

Join me for beautiful yin yoga on Sundays 10.30am at Old grammar school hall, St Micheal’s lane, Bolton le sands. £8.50 pre paid £10 drop in.
Re charge, restore, balance.
Parking opposite hall, bring bolster, cushions, blanket, yoga mat, ( some mats available along with blocks ect.
Monthly Sunday soundbath at end of month.
