Massaging the brathay 10 in 10 runners who incredibly run 10 marathons in 10 days for charity. In extreme sports it is important to encourage recovery and maintenance. They received 2 massages a day and there were a few injuries and instances that required ice and taping ready for them to set off the next day as prepared as they could be.
