On Friday on The Wellness Hour, I have my Son - Oscar, in the studio with me giving everyone an insight into what it's like being a little boy in a big world and the challenges he faces. He has several additional needs and he wanted to talk about what that means to him, how he views the world and how he hopes the world might view him.

I'd love it if as many of you as possible could tune in and listen to his story. You'll find it very entertaining and heartfelt, I'm sure.

This week I spent a lovely couple of hours in Pendle with my good friend Cham Elizabeth we visited the heritage centre, and Alic Nutter's statue in Roughlee. It was a really nice experience.

Yesterday I took a trip to Pendle with a good friend of mine, we visited the heritage centre had some tea and scones (mine was so delicious, but in my haste to butter it, I completely destroyed it! Picture in the comments) in their tearoom and then bought a couple of little treats from the gift shop.

We then headed up to Roughlee to pay homage at the Alice Nutter statue. It was a lovely day and I'll be posting a little reel later to show you all what it was like 💚✨️💚✨️
