When dinner’s this good, you’ll want to share it with those you love 💕! Our Food Optimised lasagne looks indulgent (and truly is!) it’s easy, healthy, no-fuss, uses everyday ingredients (including lots of veg 🍅🫑🧅) and is ideal for all the family. It’s just one of hundreds of family-friendly recipes available to Slimming World members, and if you join my Hopwood group, you might not be the only one who benefits. Did you know… Food Optimising is more effective than calorie counting! Research by the University of Leeds shows that after 14 weeks of Food Optimising, Slimming World members lost nearly 13lbs, compared to calorie counters who lost just over 7lbs (over the same period of time!)

Changing the way you shop, cook, and eat really could change your life – just like it did for Mary Downs, 57, from West Lothian, who’s lost more than 11st by embracing Food Optimising, Slimming World’s unique eating plan. “I went from relying on ready meals to cooking delicious family dinners each night, from jambalaya to diet cola chicken,’ she says. ‘And as I dropped dress sizes my health improved, too. My blood pressure and cholesterol levels fell back into the healthy range, and I was even able to come off my diabetes medication!”

In fact, a review by the British Nutrition Foundation found, on average, Slimming World members ate more healthily than the general population, and making meals from scratch using Slimming World recipes likely led to them eating more veg, another great health booster. Fill up on pasta 🍝, potatoes 🥔, rice, lean meats, fruit 🍓, veggies 🍄, eggs 🍳 and fat free dairy favourites – and still lose weight!

It might sound like an April Fools’ joke 🤡, but there’s no tricks with Food Optimising (and it’s all completely true!). No food or drink is off limits, and you can still enjoy all of your favourites and lose weight beautifully😍.
