We go above and beyond to ensure that our clients can live the life they want to live and achieve all their aspirations along the way. Most importantly, enabling them to do this from the comfort of their own home. That’s why our team are an integral part of our success, ensuring that we continually deliver compassionate, high-quality personal care to our clients. We understand the importance of regular quality placements of work and we ensure that our Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers receive ongoing support, training, and development to help them grow their career. As well as our many front line care roles we also have a range of opportunities to join our growing central office team and local operational hubs. We have roles that support the recruitment, coordination, clinical oversight and management of each package of care that we deliver. There are also a range of roles to support our central office team, including clinical, quality, finance, recruitment, compliance and commercial roles. Luke is looking for someone who is committed to supporting his clinical needs and is happy to engage in the things he enjoys such as, singing along to nursery rhymes, watching TV, and listening to music. Due to Luke’s rare genetic condition that affects his muscles, he is immobile and requires full assistance with his daily cares and clinical needs.

LK is a very happy, cheeky 17-year-old boy, who has very brilliant sense of humour. He interacts with carers, family and friends, loves attending school and is a very bright boy. Weekends are spent out and about doing various activities including attending the park, cinema, local social events staff are expected to encourage and prompt these activities.
We are looking for candidates who have a bubbly personality who will encourage him to fulfil all of his life goals.

Shift patterns: Full time, days (7:30am – 8:00pm/3:45pm-7:45pm) and nights (7:45pm – 8:00am)

We recruit Nurses and experienced Healthcare Assistants to provide complex care in the home of our clients.

We work in partnership with Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG’s), case managers and solicitors to deliver complex packages of care that are developed to the exacting needs of our clients.

The clients that we work with can have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely, and we work hard to build close relationships with those clients and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.
