Tuesdays are all about creating a healing environment for our patient’s.

We encourage empowerment through breath work, guided meditation, yoga and reflexology.

We are super lucky to now have six amazing volunteers to support us Tudor Court Intermediate Care, we are forever grateful for their time and patience, always showing compassion and understanding.

Today we made some Christmas keepsakes - Holly wreath cards. Patients worked hard to create individual pieces with their own unique style.

Our annual Christmas party is this Friday 5th December 11am - 1pm 🎄❤️

St Michael’s Brass Band have kicked off our Christmas celebrations, what a fantastic morning our patients had enjoying the Christmas carols, even a few requests got thrown in too.

Staff, patients and visitors enjoyed the band together and we had a few sneaky mince pies during the act 🎄🩵
