PossAbilities Witley Road Day Services visited the Remembrance Service at Rochdale Cenotaph this week. ❤️

Everyone worked together to create a beautiful arts and crafts wreath, which we proudly placed at the Cenotaph during the service to pay our respects.

To make the moment even more special, we were invited to have our photo taken with the Mayor of Rochdale at the end. A truly meaningful day for all involved. 🌹✨

POSSABILITIES ATHLETIC FC – CALL OUT FOR PLAYERS

We are founding a brand new football club for players of all abilities – POSSABILITIES ATHLETIC FC.

It’s open to anyone with a learning disability in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale. You can join whether or not you are supported by PossAbilities.

It’s about enjoying the game, being part of a team, winning together and losing together.

To make this happen, the team will be coached by a licensed UEFA coach. Luke Findlow is a semi-professional footballer, whose early career was with Blackburn Rovers, Burnley and Blackpool. He is now a UEFA C coach and will soon be awarded his UEFA B licence.

This means you’ll get the very best coaching and support and who knows….maybe we’re gonna win a cup!

Our first game will be on Monday 17th November at Heywood Sports Village from 1.30 – 3.30pm. Refreshments will be made available for players after the game at the Social Lounge, Cherwell Ave, Heywood.
