Over in Wigan this week, we held a Stress Awareness coffee morning☕

Everyone enjoyed hot drinks and sweet treats while we talked about ways to manage stress and support wellbeing together.

To finish, everyone took home some helpful information and a herbal tea bag to try, so we can all continue the focus on wellbeing at home.

🫧✨ A magical day at the Bubble Exhibit! ✨🫧

Claudia recently had an amazing time visiting the Bubble Exhibit in Manchester with her support worker, Milly 💙

From stepping into immersive displays to being surrounded by bubbles of all shapes and sizes, Claudia absolutely loved every moment. The experience was full of colour, fun and a little bit of magic!

In fact, Claudia enjoyed herself so much… she didn’t want to leave! 😊

Days like this are what it’s all about – creating joyful experiences, exploring new places, and making lasting memories 🌟

🐰🌿 A lovely day out at Springfield! 🌿🐰

Tamoor, Chris and Stephen recently enjoyed a fantastic trip to Springfield, where they got the chance to see and even feed some adorable baby rabbits! 🥕

The sunshine, fresh air and time outdoors made it a perfect day, with plenty of smiles all round. Spending time with animals and being out in nature is a great way to relax, have fun and try something new 🌞

It’s safe to say the rabbits were a big hit… we’re not sure who enjoyed it more! 😊

🌱✨ Making a Difference in Shipley! ✨🌱

The gang from The Hub in Bradford recently got involved in the Great Bradford Spring Clean, teaming up with neighbourhood warden John to help tidy up the local area in Shipley 🧹💚

It was a fantastic day filled with teamwork, fresh air, and a real sense of pride as everyone worked together to keep the community clean and welcoming. From collecting litter to sharing plenty of smiles along the way, the group made a brilliant contribution that truly makes a difference 🙌
