It is with sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Derek, a long-term resident of Corcoran Close for 25 years.
Derek cared for the garden for many years. Although the garden has seen many changes over the past 12 months, his contribution to the outdoor space will not be forgotten.
In his memory, Corcoran Close Social Club will be holding a small planting ceremony. The Social Club has kindly funded a rose in Derek’s name and plans to create several wildflower beds and a rockery in recognition of someone who loved the Corcoran Close gardens so much.
We will also gather for an afternoon to raise a glass in his memory. Further details will follow.
