Paul can support you with things like improving your mood, making healthier food choices, managing stress, boosting confidence and motivation, and much more! 💬

Each session lasts around 45 minutes and can take place in person or over the phone ,whichever works best for you.

We are currently experiencing issues with our drug suppliers.
Please allow the full FIVE WORKING DAYS to elapse before you attempt to collect your medication. This will allow your drugs to arrive and be processed for collection.

We are experiencing increasing requests for collection before the 5 days are up, as a result your medication will not be ready. This is causing frustration for all concerned and is beyond our control.

Please ensure you order in time to allow FIVE WORKING DAYS before collection, so ensuring you DO NOT RUN OUT OF YOUR MEDICATION. We do not have emergency stocks of all drugs to issue should you run out.
