If you have schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis, you are entitled to a free physical health check once a year at our practice.

This check is separate from any other appointments or health checks you may already have.

We will usually invite you when your annual check is due. If you believe you are due a check and have not yet been contacted, please get in touch with the practice to arrange this.

The appointment is an opportunity to talk about your physical and mental health, discuss how you have been feeling, ask questions, and receive support.

We have been advised that road patching and resurfacing works will commence from Monday 2nd March, beginning at Nookings Drive and continuing down Church Street.

Please be aware that multi-way traffic lights will be in operation, and access to the surgery may be slower than usual while the works are ongoing.

If you have an appointment with us, we kindly ask that you allow extra time for your journey to help avoid any delays.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while these improvements are carried out.
