A sacred, phone-free, shoe-free gathering where rhythm is felt.

Step out of noise and into presence. Through collective drumming, breath, and grounded movement, we align body and spirit—Earth below, Heaven above—until the rhythm carries us into shared peace.

No rings. No shoes. No phones. Only bare feet on the Earth, hands on the drum, and hearts beating together.

This workshop is an invitation to:

* Release mental clutter and digital distraction
* Ground into the body and the planet
* Connect through ancient rhythm and collective intention
* Remember peace as a felt experience, not a concept
