For those of you just joining me or perhaps you've been lurking for a while this is ME.

I started wild sanctuary to better serve the women I was meeting in circle and in classes. I wanted to spread the power of cyclical & seasonal living. Take women on amazing adventures and hold space for their inner journeys through menstruation and menopause.

I have dedicated many years to learning and growing my own expertise and will continue to do so. I partner up with the best of the best in other modalities and subjects - pregnancy, crystals, nutrition, fitness, coaching and more.

Setting healthy boundaries is an act of self-care. It’s okay to say “no” to protect your emotional space. A study by the Journal of Happiness Studies shows that people who set boundaries experience less stress and greater emotional health.

Boundaires are not demands and arent used to control people. Its simply iviting people to love and care for you in a way that feels true.

An example might simply be - if you message me after 8pm I wont be answering until the following day.

And if in doubt get the sage out, smug away that bad energy and protect your space!

Why go on retreat?

I understand that retreats aren't always accessible to everyone. Time and money are always a factor. That said if you are able to get away from it all then why not?

Creating some much needed space and time for reflection is powerful.
