What happens on retreat?

I am often surprised when someone asks me what do you DO on retreats - the answer is really simple....whatever you want to.

The retreats I run are open to all women (I do some mixed retreats too).

There will be yoga movement, somatics, meditation, healing therapies, maybe some coaching, massage, AMAZING food and of course time in nature.

My retreats are seasonal so activities will reflect the time of year, however you aren't forced to do anything. You can come and simply BE.

So the only question remains....when will you join me?

Let me introduce myself - to those who are new to me or haven't spotted some of my changes and growth...

I'm a women’s embodiment mentor who weaves together physical training, somatic yoga, womb therapy, and menstrual cycle awareness to help women feel deeply at home in their bodies.

I embraced yoga over 20 years ago and over time I realised that true strength isn’t just in the muscles — it’s in the nervous system, the cycles, and the stories our bodies hold. That led me to study somatic practices, women’s health, and womb healing as well as personal training so I could support women in a way that honours both science and soul.

Today, my work is about guiding women back to their natural rhythm — helping them move, heal, and live with connection and confidence through every phase of life.

Whether your going through menopause or recovering postpartum, or if your body and mind are aching for some recalibration.

Do you need to scream into the hills?

One of my last retreats we did some screaming therapy - its was amazing! Throwing rocks and allowing ourselves to feel the release of rage that we dont often get to experience.

Women’s bodies are cyclical—just like the seasons, the moon, and the tides.
But many of us live in constant summer-mode: go, do, achieve, produce.

My hips have not been the same since babies 🤣

The strength and flexibility I once had has taken literally years to come back and I'm still a bit shaky. Chronic pain in one hip has been draining but starting to feel like there is some light at the end of the tunnel.

This shows my good leg though 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Remember if your postpartum of any amount of years your body will NEVER be the same just as YOU will never be the same!
