FLOURLESS VEGAN BROWNIE with caramel fudge🤩🍫🍌

These brownie are so rich and fudgy, it will blow your mind🤯 after making this from scratch you’ll never look at store bought brownie mix again! It just melts in your mouth vegan and gluten free.
You might be surprised to learn that you don’t need flour or egg to make a good brownie ❤️
What you need👇
2 bananas (fresh or ripe)
1/2 cup (140g) Any Nut butter
1/3 cup (35g) Cocoa Butter
2 Tbsp. Coconut sugar
1 tsp. Baking soda
100g or 1 bar chocolate (vegan &GF)
6 pieces/ half a bag caramel fudge .uk

What you need to do👇
1️⃣preheat your oven at 180C
2️⃣In a bowl mush your banana with a fork, add your nut butter I used almond butter, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda mix well.
3️⃣Chop your chocolate into small pieces add to your brownie mix
4️⃣In a 21 by 21 cm baking tray with baking paper add your brownie mix and flatten it with a spoon and add 6 caramel fudge like in the video coming tomorrow.
5️⃣bake for 20 min and then remove into a cooling rack the into the fridge for 2 hours or overnight and enjoy !

Vegan Hummus Quesadilla🌮

Quesadillas have been my default quick meal. Now that my fridge is no longer overflowing with cookbook leftovers, I’ve been whipping them up again. The key is to make each quesadilla with one tortilla, folded down the middle, rather than trying to sandwich everything between two tortillas. The two-tortilla sandwich situation is difficult to flip and liable to lose all of its fillings when sliced. Trust me. You can make two folded tortillas in one skillet, if necessary (video and full recipe coming tomorrow for you to see).

Hummus is made with chickpeas and tahini, so it’s a protein-rich, vegan/dairy-free option. For minimally processed hummus quesadillas, make your own hummus or buy a store-bought option that is free of preservatives. Your local store offers some tasty organic options. Tortillas often contain excess ingredients, too. i store them in the freezer when I know I won’t be able to use them up within a week or less.

Feel free to go wild with your flavor of hummus and fillings. For the photos here, I used hummus, guacamole . Let me know how you stuff yours!

What you need👇
2 cup (250g) GF flour
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Ground flax
½ tbsp Mixed spice
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup (240 mL) pant butter milk (just add a little lemon juice and let it sit for 15 min)
¼ cup (30 mL) vegan butter(melted)
1 cup (250g) dates mix ( 100g chopped dates + 100mL boiling water + 1 tbsp baking soda)

2 eggplants
3 tomatoes
2 yellow squashes( i used 2 normal potatoes instead)
2 zucchinis

SAUCE👇
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
28 oz can of crushed tomatoes (795 g) or 3 Blanched tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, from 8-10 leaves

HERB SEASONING👇

Nutella rolls vegan & gluten free! [homemade]
Quick Nutella buns vegan GF* 🧸🤎
These sweet buns are soft and fluffy, filled with homemade chocolate-hazelnut spread and topped with more chocolate-hazelnut spread, perfect for weekend morning, as a dessert or as a snack for work or school. These homemade sweet rolls are pretty easy to make and you need only few basic ingredients.

What you need👇
For the homemade Nutella🌰
½ cup (100g) Hazelnut nut butter (we sell the best but any work)
1 Tbsp.(10g) cocoa powder
1 Tbsp.(10g) icing sugar

For the Vegan GF dough☀️
2 cups (250g) Self Raising GF flour
½ cup (125ml) plant milk
¼ cup (25g) ground almond
2 Tbsp. (30g) Vegan butter
2 Tbsp. (30g) sugar
pinch of salt

How to make👇
1.In a bowl add your hazelnut nut butter and the icing sugar with the cocoa powder, mix it with a spoon, done! set a aside to make the bun dough
2.In a large bowl add all the vegan gf dough ingredients and knead with your and until your for a dough ball.
3.Between to baking paper put the bun down in the middle and slowly using a rolling pin flatten the dough till you get a then rectangular on square shape.
4.Spread 3/4 of your hazelnut spread on top and holding the baking paper start to roll the dough inside until your reach the ends cut in 3 cm pieces.
5. use the same baking paper and place it on a desired tray with your bun.
6.bake for 30 min at 180'c (360'F)
7.let cool for 20 min and drizzle with your chocolate spread
