Tender and Customer Operations Specialist
Flexibility of working from home and in High Wycombe
You will be part of Tender and Customer care team, Preparing and submitting tender responses on behalf of Cepheid in line with the commercial strategy. Ensuring they are not missed and submitted on time. You will also be work with customer care supporting day to day activities.
Your Responsibilities
Provide support to a specified Sales Region in the closure of commercial agreements for Cepheid – working in line with sales, order management, contracts and legal teams if required
Process all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtaining approvals as necessary.
Work with Sales Team when contracts are due for renewal or expired
Attend relevant sales ops & legal meetings to ensure all non‐standard contracts and pricing issues are addressed appropriately.
Document, incorporate and share information to sales teams regarding contract updates, pricing, promotions, new product launches and related policy changes.
Oversee activities which require special handling to ensure delivery commitments are met, communicates order status, and related items as required.
You will be Responsible for creation and amendment of customer accounts, work with the MDM team. Provide back up to MDM team when required. Customer pricing – ensuring prices are created in SAP, and dealing with annual renewals

SalesForce / SAP or CRM experience
Tenders experience ideally within the NHS
Experience with working within a customer-focused team.
