Our very own Anna Driver, Head of Income Generation and Communications, has taken on an incredible fundraising challenge - braving the horrible weather to walk 400,000 steps in November.

As she nears the end of her challenge, please sponsor Anna, if you can, and help to raise vital funds for Bucks Mind: https://www.justgiving.com/page/anna-driver-2

Every penny raised goes towards funding our local mental health services, ensuring we can be here for everyone who needs us, now and in the future.

Thank you

On 20 November, Bucks Mind delivered free online training, funded by Buckinghamshire Council, to voluntary sector organisations and individuals working with new parents across Bucks.

The training, ‘Unmasking Parental Mental Health - Understanding Parental Mental Health Across Cultures’, aimed to deepen understanding of how parental mental health is viewed and experienced across different cultural backgrounds, with particular insight into Black, South Asian Pakistani, and Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities.

“This training has empowered me further in this area to provide support to families.”

Supporting parental mental health is essential for building stronger families and communities and it plays an important role in su***de prevention.
