I really tend to struggle in the winter months with seasonal affective disorder. Itโs easy to stay at home, become idle and develop unhealthy habits and feel low
So this year Iโve developed a weekly schedule to help everyone FEEL well, BENEFIT mentally - whilst also requiring MINIMAL effort (just by showing up, laying or sitting down, and completely tuning out)
No experience required, come with an open mind and heart. Be willing to shift your energy into healthy rest and restore mode.
