Happy Monday!! It’s been a while since I posted last. I’m not good at keeping up a social media presence!

So, reason for posting is to let everyone know that there is a price change. Foot treatments are now £30. I have been letting people know as I go round, but I sure I forgot to tell some people!

I have spaces next week if anyone needs their feet doing.

And coming soon……..reflexology! I’ve been busy doing a diploma in reflexology, nearly finished and hopefully will be able to offer that next year.

Hi everyone. I hope you are all well and keeping safe. It’s been a challenging time for everyone and it looks like we are all going to have to continue rising to those challenges for a while yet. I have been thinking hard about how to move forward with my work while being responsible. So this is my plan of action!

Before I even come near your home I will be putting on my ppe. I’ll have a mask, gloves and apron. When I enter your home I will be offering you a mask to wear and keep for future appointments. I always have a fresh towel for each client anyway but the floor towel will also be fresh between clients. Equipment will be wiped down with clinell antibacterial wipes which are hospital grade wipes, surfaces are clear of any pathogens within 10 seconds of being wiped down.

In this lovely weather we could even do foot treatments in the garden. My main priority is the safety of my clients, this is to let you know what I’m doing and that I am available for bookings.

Fun fact.

Our feet are home to about a quarter of all the bones in our bodies. There are 26 bones in each foot. When we are born our feet are mostly cartilage and only finish hardening when we are around 21.
