Our personalised, friendly service offers a quick, efficient and discreet way to obtain your ostomy supplies. We provide all brands of stoma bags, incontinence products and accessories, a freephone Careline, samples and emergency next day delivery. We also have our own couriers in many areas, (giving a familiar face at the door) and one of the largest independent teams of specialist stoma care nurses in the NHS. SecuriCare can deliver all makes and brands. However, we also have a sister company, CliniMed Limited, who supply and market innovative stoma, incontinence and wound care products, particularly those manufactured by Welland Medical. Together, we are a one-stop service for all your stoma care and incontinence needs. How do you empty a drainable stoma pouch with confidence?

Here’s a simple guide to help patients feel secure and in control:

🔹 Make sure the outlet is facing upwards to avoid spills.
🔹 Unfasten the locking fasteners and gently unroll the outlet.
🔹 Position the opening over the toilet and use the release tab to pinch open and drain.
🔹 Once empty, clean the outlet using toilet paper—wipe the outer edges and clean inside the opening.
🔹 Fold the outlet upwards and reconnect the hook-to-hook fastener.
🔹 Press from the middle outward until you hear a click—that’s your secure seal!

✅ Easy. Clean. Confident.
