As this year gently comes to a close, many of us start looking ahead to the next one.
New intentions. Fresh starts. Quiet hopes we may not have said out loud yet.
So let me ask you something a little deeper than “What’s your New Year’s resolution?”
✨ What is the one thing you truly want to change at a deep level?
Not the surface goal.
Not the socially acceptable answer.
But the thing that keeps nudging you when everything goes quiet.
Maybe it’s how you feel about yourself.
Maybe it’s staying stuck in a situation you’ve outgrown.
Maybe it’s the cycle you keep promising will be “the last time”.
