Chiltern Support and housing provides supporting services for adults at risk specializing in acquired brain injury, mental health, learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder and transition services. We provide high quality accommodation in residential areas with smaller occupancy, promoting a home like environment for our service users. Here they are able to access the community around them whilst receiving ongoing support and rehabilitation from our highly trained staff. Chiltern support are also able to provide daily visits and have a highly trained team who are available to provide specialized care in the homes of service users. In addition we have an abundance of carers who provide comfort and dignity to all service users and in their later stages of life.
