Yoga for seniors is a gentle form of yoga, combining stretching and strengthening postures. This class includes mat work and standing postures.
These yoga poses are designed to help strengthen your joints and muscles, increase flexibility, improve your balance and aid good posture.
Practising yoga has many benefits, such as improving circulation, aiding restful sleep and promoting wellbeing. We will conclude with a restorative relaxation to calm your mind and help you to be present in the moment.
