This week, we’d like to highlight Kooth — a free, confidential online wellbeing service for young people.

Kooth offers a safe space to chat with a trained counsellor by text, access helpful self-care tools, and read shared experiences from others. No referral is needed, and you don’t have to use your real name.

If your child is feeling stressed, anxious, low, or just needs someone to talk to, Kooth can be a really helpful place to start.
