A new year brings so many exciting opportunities – they say new doors open and lives change, and that’s exactly what happens in my group ✨. Last week we had gorgeous Nicole get to target after losing 3 stone in as many months! We also welcomed two more power couples choosing to slim together! A great way to stay on track!

So many gorgeous success stories at Slimming World, totally achievable and if you don't believe this can happen for you, come along and join my group and prove me wrong!
I've seen countless members join and not feel like they can do this but as they leave after their very first group, I see that spring in your step! You come back the next week a different person.
I have first hand experience myself! I put on 5 stone in weight after my second baby and I ran straight to Slimming World knowing I would find all the support and no judgement!

I've seen everything, the tears of apprehension but mostly, tears of JOY! YOU DID IT! SO much laughter, we learn, we grow, we become the healthier, happier versions of ourselves.
