✨ Important Update for All Appointments (Now–December) ✨

As we head into our busiest time of the year, we’ve unfortunately been experiencing a rise in last-minute cancellations — sometimes on the day of the appointment or with less than 24 hours’ notice. With our team working at full capacity, this really impacts our staff and other clients who are waiting for appointments.

To ensure fairness and help us manage our schedule properly, we will now require a 20% deposit (cash or card) for all bookings made from now until December.

This deposit will go toward your appointment and is only non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. This policy helps us protect our team’s time and make sure every client gets the best service possible 🤍
