Forelimb protraction stretches are useful post-physio to lengthen:
➡️ Triceps
➡️ Lats
➡️ Thoracic epaxials
And as exercise prescription to help prevent hypertonicity building back up in these areas.

Make sure you ask your physio to ensure these are appropriate for your horse.
