We provide the very best levels of care for everyone staying with us. Hyllden Heights is a luxury, purpose-built care home located in the rural village of Hildenborough near Tonbridge in Kent. With 76 private, en-suite rooms and state-of-the-art features and facilities, we will provide the very best levels of care for everyone staying with us. Individual care plans will be tailor-made to meet each resident’s personal needs, supported by our dedicated team of highly trained staff. Superb facilities and a diverse range of daily activities will make Hyllden Heights a beautiful place to call home.

We’re so pleased to share that we held our very first Dementia Café, supported by Age UK. It was a lovely session filled with conversation, connection, and plenty of smiles.
Our Dementia Café will now run once a month — dates to follow very soon!
These sessions are a gentle, welcoming space where people living with dementia, their families, and carers can: ✨ Meet others who understand
✨ Enjoy a relaxed, calming environment
✨ Access support, guidance, and friendly conversation
✨ Build confidence and feel part of a community
