Top class progress from the male TF8 challenge / strength and conditioning group workouts. Superb work from every one of the boys with everyone making terrific progress and achieving great results! Body fat dropped, fitness levels up, strength improved and confidence increased. We continue the work and don’t stop here. First objective was to get them up and going, next objective is to simply keep them going not falling back into past habits! Let’s go 🫡 👏🏻

I need 8 committed individuals ready to step out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves for 8 weeks and be part of my first ever 8 week challenge! 10 things I’d tell my younger self lifting their first set of dumbbells in a council gym at 16 😅

1. Don’t train more than 45-60 minutes per workout, 1.30-2 hour workouts will have a negative effect in the long run.
2. Stop training 7 days per week, rest to start seeing progress!
3. Workouts are more challenging and fun when you step away from boring splits (chest & tricep / back & biceps etc.)
4. Stop taking fat burning pills and looking for a quick fix, the pills don’t work and is mostly just a caffeine tablet.
5. Tracking your macros does work and you will have a much more happier lifestyle when dieting.
6. Don’t listen to outdated advice from people without doing your own research just because they look good.
7. Stop comparing yourself to others, you get there eventually with consistency.
8. Enjoy your sleep and prioritise it!
9. Stop aiming for exactly 12 reps for everything and start lifting heavy for 4-8 reps, yes 12 reps can be thrown in at times but if you want to grow then start lifting heavy weight!
10. That stringer vest isn’t acceptable and still isn’t 🙃
