We have lots on this month in our little hot haven in the village!
Come and join us at the studio (just remember to close that door quick! 😉)

We are changing our 6:30am class on Wednesdays to a slower flow with Julia, something gentle to start the mid week with.

We also have our Yin and Rocket classes back for the month!

Wakey, wakey! Hot Yoga Burn is on fire (literally, you'll be sweating buckets)! This new class to the schedule has been well received and we are excited to be extending our timetable with this little extra morning addition.

Anna's obsessed with the new class and getting her zen on early, and you should be too!

Ditch those snoozes and join the party - it's just 45 minutes of poses, pulses and holds! You'll be done by 7:15am, and trust us, Tuesday will be the highlight of your week! 🙌

Been coming to yoga for a little while and want to try something a bit more of a physical challenge? Why not come along to Rocket 🚀 Yoga this Friday at 8pm.
It's a fast paced class, but a whole lot of fun. We are going to run it as a monthly Friday session so this week is your only September chance!

There are options for headstands, arm balances and more - but as always, they are options! If you are completely new to going upside down, feel free to watch the others in the room and little by little you will build your confidence to give it a try.
