💪 Ladies Strength Classes are back at Hillsborough! 💪
We’re excited to let you know that our Ladies Strength classes return from the beginning of January at our Hillsborough studio 🎉
These run alongside our full timetable of Physio-Led Pilates and small-group Reformer classes.
✨ What’s new?
No more 6-week courses! These classes now run on the same flexible pricing model as our Pilates and Reformer classes, giving you more choice and continuity.
You can book using:
✔️ 3- or 12-month memberships
✔️ 10-class packs
✔️ Drop-in sessions
🧠 About the classes
Small-group sessions (max 6 per class), led by our experienced Physiotherapists, focusing on:
✔️ Correct technique & form
✔️ Safe, supported strength training
✔️ Gradual progression tailored to you
Perfect if you’re:
• Recovering from injury
• Managing menopause symptoms
• Looking to build muscle strength & bone density

• Monday – 5pm
• Monday – 7pm
• Tuesday – 9am
• Thursday – 5pm
• Saturday – 8:30am
