“Bonfire Night’s done - nearly Christmas now!
It’s freezing, I need comfort food.
Parties are starting soon anyway.
Life’s too short to be miserable.
Might as well stop dieting till Spring.” 😕

“8 weeks left this year - 8 weeks of possibility! ✅
Yes, I’ve got more socials coming up, but my reasons for losing weight haven’t changed.
If I quit now, I’ll regret it - and probably gain half a stone.
If I keep going, even with some planned off-plan days, I could lose half a stone instead!
I’m not quitting - I’m just quitting the all-or-nothing mindset.
The 1:1 Diet is flexible, so I’ll plan my Steps around my social life, share my plan with my consultant, and stay accountable.
Life’s too short to give up on my goals.
Come January, I’ll be proud I kept going.” 💚
