Great training day at the cotswolds academy. Best thing about a course, is being a client and having the treatment done to yourself 🙌. Very excited to bring this treatment to Balance Therapy 😀

Having just experienced this treatment myself, I can say, I'm really looking forward to using this in treatments for others.

Happy New Year from the balance family!

I wish you all a healthy 2026. Thank you for your support throughout 2025.

This year has been about finding balance. Trying to do what makes me happy. I have taken opportunities that have scared me, and I have been trying to say "no" when something hasn't felt right ( working on this one 😅) . In 2026, I continue to run balance therapy but at a reduced capacity 😊.

Follow your dreams.
Remember you have options.
You only die once ... so live life.
Learn to say no and make time for yourself.

Thank you to everyone who has supported balance therapy this year✨️
It has been a year of change for me; leaving the NHS, starting in a school, children passing their driving tests and applying for university.
Time really does fly by. In 2026, I attempt to live in the moment, be more grateful and take more time out 🥰

✨️Reflecting on this week, it has had it's ups and downs. But one thing I've realised is that we all need to be a little more kind ✨️

Accepting people's personalities and embracing them, even if it is not our "norm". Check in with those people you notice who are struggling.

Kindness is free and actually makes us feel good . 🍁Let that person out of the junction.
🍁Tell that staff member how much you appreciate them and value them.
🍁Tell someone you thought of them.
🍁Text a friend and tell them you 💕 them.
🍁Make someone smile 😃
