Having fun at an afterschool club we went on a sky diving adventure and here we are being aeroplanes.
Lots of exciting things on this week…. off to priesthills nursery today and later this week I’m visiting the 1st Lutterworth scouts…

I hope your all having a fab half term.
I’m off visiting my daughter up in Middlesbrough and we have been to Durham and Durham cathedral today. It’s also where some of the Harry Potter film was filmed. Darcie had to have a look too.

At tween/teen yoga today Darcie came to do some yoga and relaxation. We played yoga spin and Darcie loved all the fuss from everyone. Joe was very happy that Darcie finally lay on his mat! Lots of happy faces today.

Last night barefoot yoga were invited to the 2nd Attleborough brownies. They are working towards their sports badge

The girls loved the yoga session I think they liked the relaxation best..
stretching, breathing techniques and a wonderful underwater adventure were all part of the fun yoga evening.

AFTER SCHOOL AND BREAKFAST YOGA CLUBS - SPACES AVAILABLE

Feathery Fun!
We love using this mindful breathwork technique, gently blowing on a feather to focus on your breath, it promotes calm, reduces stress, improves sensory processing and teaches children playful ways to control their breath and connect with their bodies.

There are still spaces at some of the after school clubs and breakfast clubs… if you would like to join the fun
