Happy Hump Day - just a reminder if You feel COVID is kicking your behind!
Feel Good = 🏋🏼♀️, Feel Bad = 🏋🏼♀️
You’ll be surprised how much we don’t protect our time - we all have been there. Feeling zapped of energy and having to cancel plans Last Minute 🤦🏼♀️👍
Your actually protecting yourself when you cancel because you don’t want to go - your body is obviously telling you “Don’t Go Don’t Go” and when you listen you get to recharge 🙌🏻👏🏻🤓
But if your feeling 💩 and you need a pick me up. The gym can actually be the best place for you! Sure you think “hey the Gym is the last place I want to be”
BUT...
It’s actually going to get you through and maybe even closer to the other side of negative emotions, feeling lethargic but being unable to sleep - and generally boost you so you can tackle the things you can’t say no too 🙄😵🤯
Stay in control and get yourself into a pattern of doing some short exercise! Even if you can’t get to a gym a home workout (YouTube is full of them) or even a walk in this beautiful weather can totally change how you tackle situations and people for the better.
Reaching for that Third ice cream 🍦 is not going to give you:
- a mental break 😳😤🤬😳
- better clarity
- space to be around people unrelated to whatever is pulling you down
- a way to feel in control and work on a goal only achieved through consistency and adherence
So next time your having a Nursery Level Tantrum - go grab your leggings and get out there and Lift!
