❌In total 905 clinical minutes wasted by patients who did not attend their appointments!
‼️If you can not attend your appointment, please contact the practice to cancel or cancel your appointment online so another patient who is poorly can be seen‼️

Arts for Dementia will be joining us this month for a Share and Learn session to share some information about dementia, and the various ways that it can affect people, particularly in the early stages. They will also provide suggestions for improving communication with someone with dementia, as well as ideas for enjoyable and meaningful creative activities that you could do together at home.

📣402 Friends and Family Questionnaires were sent out in November and 39 were completed 📣
🌟 We really appreciate all the feedback that is given and work hard to make any changes that we can to provide a better service to our patients. Here are some of the changes we have made:
✅ Face masks are always available to our patients
✅ We now have 4 salaried GP's
✅ We have now put a process in place to ensure appointments are given the adequate time.
