These gentle yet strong classes are designed to help you strengthen from the inside out.
Katy, with 10 years of experience in supporting postnatal bodies, will guide you through specific exercises that rebuild your core and pelvic floor, restore strength to your whole body, and stretch away tired, achy muscles.
You’ll also have space to calm your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and take a little time just for you 💫
• Baby is welcome
• Everything is provided for you – yoga mats, all fitness equipment, bouncers, and playmats
• Start from 6 weeks post birth, 6–8 weeks after an episiotomy, or 10 weeks after a caesarean or 3rd/4th degree tear
