I am Julie and I run Sports Therapy Centre, Hinckley. From my love of running, I developed a strong interest in the body and how it's muscles work.

Sports Therapy in Hinckley, providing Physiotherapy, ShockWave, Sports Massage, Injury & Rehabilitation, Scar Therapy, Neck & Shoulder Massage, Sports Cupping, Pregnancy Massage. That is what brought me to sports massage therapy. I am now Level 4 trained and continue to develop my knowledge

Massage should not be looked at as an indulgence, more as a regular service for your body. It can help keep you flexible and pain free, by educating your muscles that they should not be in a constant state of contraction (stress), but should be able to relax, when not being used. In sports, early detection of potential problems can be dealt with using massage, to help athletes, whatever their level, to remain active. Pre sport massage can prepare you for your chosen activity and post sport can help to remove those nasty toxins that can leave you unable to move for a few days afterwards. Our Story

I am Julie and I run Sports Therapy Centre, (formerly Jewels Sports Massage Therapy) Hinckley. From my love of running, I developed a strong interest in the body and how it's muscles work. That is what brought me to sports massage therapy. I am now Level 4 trained and continue to develop my knowledge including training at the University of Oxford.

After setting up my business in January 2014, I am now expanding to build a centre purely dedicated to sports therapy. I believe there is no other centre like this anywhere in the area, that can offer Dry Needling, Sports Cupping, Douglas Heels “Be Activated”, Taping & Strapping, Sports Massage and also The Bodymaster Method for specific sports injuries. We have 3 Sports Therapists, a Sports Nutritionist and a Hypnotherapist /Mind Counsellor to help with event nerves.
