The Winter Pause - Sound Bath

January Sat 24th 2-4pm

Using the sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and a few other sonic treats; this session will be themed around deep rest and honouring our natural cycle. A pause as we celebrate being in the heart of winter, of hibernation. A time to be still, to reflect inwards and to focus on ourselves before awakening to a new year. A moment of nourishment through sound. Join us for a restful sound gathering in the loft.

Last week a wonderful Yoga Studio in Leicester was forced to shut!… due to ongoing financial challenges of small businesses in this country.
Holding space for yoga community is truly a privilege. Every class, every conversation, every moment we get to share our energy, knowledge, and passion with you is something we are profoundly grateful .Spaces like studios, teachers, and healing places thrive through connection, presence, and support. Whether it’s showing up for classes, sharing our offerings with a friend, engaging with our posts, or simply just turning up to a class and not canceling. Every gesture helps us continue doing what we love and keep the energy flowing.
