New Class Intro by lovely Sam….We love supporting our students/teachers and their passion to share the magic of yoga practice.

Join Me for My First Yoga Class – All Levels Welcome!
After 15 years of dedicated personal practice and a transformative teacher training experience in Bali, I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to share that I’ll be teaching my very first yoga class.
Yoga has been a grounding, energising, and deeply enriching part of my life — helping me stay strong, flexible, and centred through all of life’s ups and downs. Now, I’m ready to guide others on the mat and share what I’ve learned along the way.
My class is for all abilities Vinyasa Flow class, really open to all . Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll be warmly welcomed and supported. Expect a mindful, breath-led flow, with options to modify or challenge yourself depending on how you’re feeling that day.

📍 The Yoga Loft - Burbage
🕒 Friday – 5.30pm – 6.30pm
🧘‍♀️ We provide mats and props for the class , herbal tea so just bring an open mind.

We have last few spaces still left for our Incredible Sound Bath with Craig Rogerson this Saturday 18th October. Everyone welcome,

Amber Sounds - Join Craig for 2 hours of rest as we enjoy a session that is themed around welcoming Autumn, and all that it brings. A moment of balance, change and harvest - taking a moment to note all that the year has taught us so far.
Using the sounds of the singing bowls, the gongs, the handpan, and a few other sonic treats - you are welcomed to drift away to wherever the sounds may take you.
