What a fantastic evening we had recently at The Fox & Pelican, Hindhead for our Staff Awards Night! 🌟🏆

The event was a celebration of loyalty, commitment and the core values that shape Ashberry Healthcare - integrity, compassion and dedication. With immense pride, we recognised colleagues for their long service, ranging from 3 years all the way up to an incredible 25 years. Such milestones truly reflect the unwavering commitment of our amazing team.

We also celebrated outstanding attendance, honouring those who consistently show reliability and dedication. Our Employee of the Year was announced, chosen from monthly nominees who demonstrate excellence day in and day out. We were also thrilled to present Wellbeing and Dementia Awareness Awards.

A huge well done to everyone who received an award - you inspire us every day. ✨

And a very special thank you to Daniel, a talented local photography student, for capturing the evening so beautifully. Your photos perfectly reflect the pride and joy of this memorable night.

What an incredible weekend of celebrations! 🎉 We were overjoyed to host not one, but TWO 90th birthday parties for our wonderful residents, Jean and Shirley!

The room was filled with so much love, laughter and joy as we honored these two remarkable women. Reaching 90 years is a magnificent milestone, and we are so grateful to have been able to share this special time with them and their families.

Happy 90th Birthday, Jean and Shirley! Thank you for letting us celebrate you. Here's to many more joyful moments! 🎂🎈

Our team at Moorhouse recently took part in an International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) training session, and the feedback has been fantastic! 👏📘✨ The session was interactive and engaging, helping everyone gain a deeper understanding of how to safely support residents with swallowing difficulties. 💛

We are so proud to be continually learning and caring for our residents, and the team said they all learnt something new and felt more confident in applying the IDDSI framework in day-to-day care. 🌟
